A new and engaging 4 week program that equips you with resources and tools to make your dreams come true. Dream Works helps residents in the South Memphis community identify a personal dream, create an actionable plan, connect with resources, and build confidence to pursue meaningful goals.

• starting a business

• improving finances

• traveling

• going back to school

• buying a home

• learning a trade

• starting a nonprofit

• healing family relationships

• launching a side hustle

• becoming healthier

• writing a book

• creating community projects

No matter the size-We want to help you bring your dreams to life!

To apply to the Dream Works Academy, send a video or essay to dream@theworkscdc.org by June 25th at 11:59 pm. The applications will be judged by community partners and entrepreneurs. There is a limited number of participants per cohort.

Eligibility Requirements 

- Applicants must live in South Memphis neighborhoods and provide proof of residency

-Applicants must be 14 years or older (Minors will need guardian approval and commitment)

-Applicants must commit to attendance for four weeks
