About the event
The Works in partnership with UT Extension is hosting a water bath canning class. In this class, participants will learn the basic skill of water bath canning as well as safety techniques. The participants will learn how to make two recipes, sweet and sour pineapple jam and strawberry lemonade concentrate. Space is limited to only 10 participants.
