The Works Hosted the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Peach Tree Senior Living Development

The Works, Inc., in partnership with ComCap Partners and a
coalition of public and private partners, hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of Peach Tree Senior Living, a new affordable housing community designed to serve low-income seniors across Memphis.

Peach Tree Senior Living represents the next phase of the Frayser Neighborhood
Initiative, providing high-quality, energy-efficient, and affordable housing for seniors. The development includes 79 units and a range of amenities such as a community room, computer center, verandas, and outdoor gathering spaces designed to support connection and quality of life.

“Peach Tree Senior Living is about creating safe, high-quality housing where seniors can age with dignity and stability,” said The Works, Inc. President and CEO Roshun Austin, “This development reflects our broader commitment to expanding access to affordable housing across Memphis, ensuring that more
seniors, regardless of where they currently live, have a place to call home.”
